Jade Osbourne

Jade Osbourne is a holistic Marriage and Family Therapist. She establishes herself to
be an ardent, eclectic psychotherapist. Thus, she utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities
including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness,
and Emotional Focused Therapy to help her clients achieve their goals by developing
the knowledge base, skill-sets and relevant tools required for healing.

Jade graduated from Loma Linda University, California, in 2011 after earning her
master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy. She enjoys working with both
individuals and couples in an effort to help promote healing in their family systems. She
has gained valuable experiences while working in psychiatric and community-based
settings.

Jade grew up in Jamaica, West Indies. She enjoys reading, singing, playing the ukulele,
and going on nature walks. She also loves traveling and navigating new adventures.
